MPEG-4 VCX-4400 Series
The VCX-4400 Series Digital Video Encoder utilizes MPEG-4 video compression for outstanding video performance at rates of up to 2.0 Mbps data transfer rate. The VCX-4200-E field hardened encoder meets NEMA TS-2 Standards for Shock, Vibration and Electrical Transients. The product provides a bi-directional video and stereo audio option, with a scalable resolution of 720 x 480 in NTSC and 720 x 576 in PAL in full D1 respectively. All video data and network parameters are programmable via Watchdog (SW-6400), Hyper Terminal or Telnet. The unit is packaged in a 1RU high, 19" wide rack-mount package and is also available in the half-rack mount model and in the R-12 chassis card version.
